My name is Daniel Wiebe. I have been renovating houses in and around Saskatoon for over 20 years. My favorite thing in Construction is taking old houses and bringing them back to life. So when I inspect homes there is rarely something I haven't seen before. I love to give advice on how something can be fixed and I generally error on the Optimistic side that everything is fixable! Although I have speciallized in old homes I did work in new Construction as well for a period of about 5 years. Currently myself and my family live in Nicaragua for several months out of the year . If your home purchase falls under this time-period I will be happy to direct you to a collegue who will offer the same level of expertise in your inspection.
