Condo $250
This is full top to bottom inspection using all the tools available to make sure everything in your Condo is up to code and working as it should. It does not however cover the exterior structure beyond your deck.
House under 2000 SQ FT. $450
This is full top to bottom 360 degree inspection using all the tools available to make sure everything in your house is as it should be. We will also get on the roof and inside the attic if possible. Sheds and garages will also be inspected if accessible as well as fences and the yard.
House over 2000 SQ FT. $550
This is full top to bottom 360 degree inspection using all the tools available to make sure everything in your house is as it should be. We will also get on the roof and inside the attic if possible. Sheds and garages will also be inspected if accessible as well as fences and the yard.

Infared pictures + $30
We normally scan all basement walls, windows and attic spaces using an infared camera ( This is already a part of your premium inspection) however if you want pictures of all these areas, so you can save them for future reference, well this will take some extra time for us and to take pictures of each questionable area and later e-mail them to you. This will be sent seperate of the report you will recieve from Spectora. Please let us know before we begin if you want this add-on.
Drone pictures $20
If you would like drone pictures from above your property showing the whole yard, and the surrounding area this is something people love as a reference point of trees, fences or having a perspective of you roof. Let us know before we begin. Thankyou!
